Blocked Ducts and Fire Risks
Over time, dust, grease and debris build up in supply and extract systems. Left alone, that buildup can reduce air quality, overload your system and increase fire risk. We carry out full internal cleaning of air ducts, from supply and return runs to grilles, diffusers and plant equipment.
This service supports compliance with TR19 and helps meet health and safety standards in commercial environments.

Clear Ducts, Clean Air
When ductwork gets ignored, dust and debris pile up fast. That buildup doesn’t just sit there. It slows airflow, spreads contaminants and makes your system work harder than it should. We clean the entire length of your supply and extract runs. That includes grilles, filters, fan units and anything else pulling or pushing air through the building.
Every job includes a clear scope, proper access and post-clean reporting. No guessing what was done. No missed sections. Just a system that moves air properly. Clean, fast and safe.

Our Cleaning Process
Initial Survey
We assess your system layout, access points and current condition. We identify where access panels are needed and plan the job around your working hours.
System Isolation and Access
We shut down relevant systems and install or use existing access panels. Temporary protection is put in place where needed.
Internal Cleaning
Duct interiors are cleaned using mechanical brushes, vacuum extraction and manual removal of stubborn debris. Filters and grilles are cleaned or replaced if required.
Fan and Plant Cleaning
Fan units, dampers and associated plant are cleaned and checked where accessible. Any issues are flagged for your team to review.
Reporting and Photos
We provide a post-clean report including notes, photos and any recommendations for access, maintenance or follow-up cleaning.
