We provide a comprehensive report on all on-site fire dampers as part of our fire damper testing service. Building ventilation drawings will indicate these locations, providing a visual reference to all on-site fire dampers. Each fire damper will be given an individual asset number, and information about it will be recorded. Each engineer will gather information about the damper’s location, size, type, manufacturer, and confirmation of its correct operation.

This will also be supported by digital images, with the report including photographs of each fire damper in its open and closed positions.  The fire damper will be dropped, cleaned, and afterward reset to the right condition. We will take pictures of any restrictions on access or repairs needed for particular dampers.
